Codes are valid for 7 days. Don't have one, or has yours expired? Request a code. We store only your code's status (when it was created, whether it has produced a report, and, while your report is being produced, a temporary session reference) - never your conversation or anything you say. If you asked for your code by email, we keep that email address next to the code for 7 days, then delete it.

Truly Suited is for adults aged 18 and over.

I understand that, to generate my responses, my conversation will be processed by OpenRouter and by Claude AI models (made by Anthropic, run for us on Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud), which do not keep it. Truly Suited does not store my conversation on its own servers.I understand the conversation may surface sensitive information, such as my health, neurodiversity, mental wellbeing, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life or sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or trade union membership. I give my explicit consent for this to be processed in my session (Article 9 UK GDPR). Truly Suited does not retain this data on its own servers after my session ends.I am 18 or over.
